To be eligible, you must be under 65 years of age, have a permanent and significant disability, and be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa or Protected Special Category visa.
You can apply by contacting the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) directly, submitting an Access Request Form, or seeking assistance from a Local Area Coordinator (LAC).
